Cancellation & Refund Policy

1). Registration fee once paid against a candidate can not be exchanged, cancelled are refunded.

2). This payment is made towards application fee only. However, the candidate should submit the application ONLINE by referring the payment details within the stipulated dates as per the notification. Please ensure that you submit the application ONLINE with in the stipulated date for that fee.

3). Your payment towards application fee will not make you eligible. We verify your candidature as per the rules and guidelines and will decide to accept or reject your application. It is the sole discretion of our committee to finalise the eligibility of the candidate as per the information provided by the candidate.

4). Any legal disputes should be limited to jurisdiction.

5). The Company reserves the unilateral right to keep every payment made by applicant and all such payment shall not be refunded in any manner, part or full thereof, or any part thereof at any time with or without notice.

6). There shall be no liability on behalf of the Company to the user or any third party in case of any cancellation or demand for refund.

7). If due to unavoidable circumstances it becomes vital, then shine my career will refund the amount ONLY IF the cancellation is requested in writing within 45 to 90 working day of cancellation.
